This service is for adults over 18 years only living in Gloucestershire. The fee paid is negotiated depending upon your circumstances 

This service is available for adults and young people, and ideal for when counselling isn't quite the right support for someone.  The support offered is bespoke to the person and what they need. Please see our events page for Lego Club and Therapeutic Lego sessions. 

Support and counselling for adults and young people wishing to explore their gender, sexuality, relationship diversity and/or identity in a safe, affirming LGBTQIA+ space. 

At Essential Space, several counsellors offer support to couples, partnerships and families.  Everyone's circumstances are treated individually and we carefully match you with the right counsellor for someone's needs.  

We have 5 rooms that are available to hire for therapeutic practices.  Sites are located at Cheltenham Town Centre and Shurdington Road near to Gloucester.  The rooms vary in size, and are suitable for 1-1 and groups.  

Our qualifed supervisors  hold clinical and reflective supervision for individuals and staff teams.  We have diverse experience, supporting therapeutic work and case loads in a varitety of areas where someone is supporting another person.
