Lego Therapy Club
Lego Therapy Club for ages 6 years and above. Paid for in 4 week blocks. This will be at our Kingsley House venue that is in between Cheltenham and Gloucester off Shurdington Road. ​Spaces are limited so registering your interest is the only way to get on our list!

The Lego Club is fun, therapeutic and great for building confidence, learning social and emotional skills, sharing and developing communication skills. Ideal for Neurodivergent children and young teens who like engaging in building and taking on a role.

Weekly Wednesday 1-2.30pm or 5 - 6.30pm

Social & Emotional Home Ed Group
A fortnightly group for young people who are not attending school or are home educated, aged 8 years - 13yrs and 14 - 18 yrs.
These sessions are around building emotional resilience and self esteem, covering a new theme, each time and creatively crafting through the topic and ideas.
Facilitated by Tess who has worked in education for over 12 years, and is passionate about encouraging young people to be them selves.
Held at Kingsley House, weekly or fortnightly on Wednesdays, 1 - 2.30pm £12 per person

Activity Group for Young People
Is your young person neurodiverce or less confident in joining group activities? are they looking for a relaxed environment where they have a choice in what they do? or need flexibility in which activity they wish to try out?
Our activity group is a space where several tables are set up with different activities on, so the young person can move between them and choose what they would like to do, or join in with.
The environment is relaxed and creative, often with activity choices that can be done alone or with others. Activities range from craft, art, lego, puzzles, fidgets, crochet and much more!

Taking place at Kingsley House, fortnightly on a Wednesday 5 - 6.30 pm
Adult Creative Social
Being creative can be a big stress reliever and creating together in a relaxed environment can really help to add a social element into something you really enjoy.
These sessions can have a theme, and some are bring your own kit and be together as a group but doing your own thing.
The format is relaxed and facilitated by SJ who is a qualified counsellor who loves to chat and craft.
Adults only, fortnightly Tuesdays 1 - 2.30pm £15 per person
Neuodiverse Adult Support Group
This group is held fortnightly to support anyone who self identifies as not being Neurotypical, or is diagnosed as being Neurodivergent.
The support group is facilitated by someone who has lived experience of, and who can relate to what support may be needed.
The group is no more than 8 people and aims to offer therapeutic support that is facilitated by Sara, a qualified adhd coach and counsellor.

These run during the day and there is an evening group. Please enquire for dates.
ADHD Coaching Group
Do you identify with being Neurodivergent? or have been diagnosed as having ADHD, ASD, or something similar?
A group has been put together by Sara, a counsellor who specialises in supporting neurodiversity in people therapeutically.
Sara is a trained coach and is offering this group coaching space as a way to bring together people who understand, and who can support each other to tackle challenges they are facing.
Parenting/Carer Course for Families who are neurodiverse
Are you a parent or carer of a neurodivergent young person, and are seeking support and guidance? You may also be neurodiverce yourself and are wanting some guidance? ​

This 6 week course will cover topics with a ND lens, looking at the impact of self or formal diagnoses, sensory overload and coping techniques for co - regulation. Understanding masking, and transition challenges, identity development and the fostering of friendships, whilst understanding loneliness without forcing social norms. The course covers much much more, and is facilitated in a therapeutic environment to help support sharing and a safe space for sensitive discussions.

Both Sara and Sherri have lived experience, and are trained to support Neurodiverse adults and young people and both offer therapeutic and practical support for ND families.

Parent/Carer Course for families who have a gender diverse child
Are you a carer, parent or partner of someone who is questioning their gender, or are managing the process of gender transitioning? This 6 week course meets weekly for 1.5 hours. Either face to face or online is available. This will provide a warm, compassionate space where parents and carers can feel supported while navigating their child’s gender journey.
The group is based around exploring topics, connection and being in a safe space to navigate your own experience, and sharing with others who are in a similar place to you. The 6 weeks costs £100 per person (£16.66 per 1.5 session) and is paid when confirming a date to start the course.

LGBTQIA+ Young People Creative Group
This group space is specifically for young people ages 11+ who identify as being part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Being creative can be a big stress reliever and being creative together in a relaxed environment can be a great support and opportunity to meet others like you.
The format is relaxed and facilitated by Jules, who is a LGBTQIA+ mentor. Jules has a passion for using creativity and supporting people to be themselves.
Running weekly on a Wednesdays 5.30-7pm in our Kingsley House group room. £15 per person paid in monthly blocks.
Queer Crafting Creative Group
LGBTQIA+ creative group for anyone aged 18 years and over. A safe space to come together and be creative, crafting and using art to stay well.
Inclusive craft time to be yourself and use creative tools to express who you are, or just be in a calm and friendly atmosphere creating what you want! facilitated by SJ, who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community and loves anything crafty.

Held fortnightly at Kingsley House, on a Friday 10am - 12pm and 7pm - 9pm on Tuesdays in our Kingsley House group room.

Adult Transgender Support Social Group
This is a relaxed support group, connecting trans people together on a fortnightly basis. The aim of the group is to combine a therapeutic environment with affirming support.
It doesn't matter what stage someone is at to attend, whether that be stages of questioning, or if you are a while into the transitioning process
People have said how the group reminds them that they are not alone, and that it is totally ok to be themselves. This group is running in Cheltenham Town Centre, please enquire for more information. £10 per person
