This service is for adults over 18 years and young people who are age 5 years and above.  The fee paid is negotiated depending on your circumstances and can be online or face-to-face. The lowest being £20 and highest being £50 per session. 

Available for adults and young people, and is ideal for when counselling isn't quite the right support for someone.  Support is bespoke and unique to the person and what they need.  This can also include Play & Talk for younger children.

Support and counselling for adults and young people wishing to explore their gender, sexuality, relationship diversity and/or identity in a safe, affirming GSRD, and LGBTQIA+ space.  Available face-to-face and online.

Although we may meet as a group, everyone's circumstances are treated individually and we carefully match you with the right group depending upon your needs, and what you like, for example creativity groups or talking.  

Building content young minds in Gloucestershire.  Lego therapy can be held in groups or as a 1-1 therapeutic bespoke program aimed at growing resilience and nurturing mental health.

Workshops and training that is ideal for anyone who is supporting others.   It may be that you care for someone and need some time out for a relaxation day, or you may be a practitioner seeking some therapeutic cpd.
