Our Space

The East Room, 21sqm and on the first floor is suitable for 1-1 sessions and small groups of up to 10 people. Charged at £10.00 per hour or £60.00 day rate 

The West Room, 16 sqm on the first floor is a square shape with two windows. Suitable for 1-1 sessions and small groups of up to 10 people.  Charged at £9.00 per hour or £60.00 day rate 

The North Room, 7sqm on the first floor.  A talking therapy space that is ideal for 1-1 sessions. Charged at £9.00 per hour or £50.00 per day rate (Charity rate available, please enquire)

The South Room, 25sqm our largest space to hire is suitable for groups and training events in Cheltenham. Charged at £13.00 per hour (£10.00 per hour for charitable groups) or £70.00 Day rate & £50.00 Half day rate ( the room is great for play therapy or 1-1 support where space is required, the session charge for 1-1 is £10.00 per hour)

Alleyne Lodge is a building in Cheltenham, owned by the RSPCA that is split into two lodges. It is in a quiet town centre road, only 3 minutes walk to nearby shops and cafes.  Our lodge is Unit A, Essential Space has 4 rooms, a kitchen, toilet and a small courtyard area that leads off the south room. 

Parking is available in surrounding streets and at Waitrose Supermarket which is only 3 minutes' walk away and is free for 3 hours. You can download a document here, explaining directions for walking to us from Cheltenham town centre and for parking.
