As a therapist, our main focus is to provide you with a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space.  The most beneficial part of beginning this process is selecting the time that is just for you. This gives you space to talk with someone who has the skills and ability to listen and explore what is happening for you.  This is a unique experience, it is not often we find ourselves in a safe space where we can talk freely about how we are feeling.  Our team of counsellors and mentors are all trained with these skills to support you, it is our job at Essential Space to ease your journey by matching you with someone that is available when you are.
